About the Brighton Male Voice Choir
Brighton Male Voice Choir (BMVC) has performed many concerts over the last 12 months; one of the most notable being a prestigious engagement at St Lukes Church, Queens Park in aid of Brighton Take Heart. This charitable organisation work hard for the welfare of heart patients in all sorts of ways and their aim is to raise funds in order to provide continuous funding for their work. Former Lord Major, Anne Meadows and her husband Tony attended and a considerable sum was raised for their cause. Brighton & Hove Council continue to recognise the extent of the contribution made by BMVC to the local community.
BMVC under the direction of Deryck Hanchett has worked hard at promoting these charitable events in order to arouse public awareness along with our chairman George Meeten who is always keen on approaching all media outlets including fostering an appearance by the secretary on BBC Sussex`s morning programme competition with another volunteer (who happened to be Richard Durrant the world renowned Guitarist.)
Any enquiries regarding tickets and concerts generally or should your organisation wish BMVC to perform for you in concert please contact the Secretary Tom Ryan on 07899 874 969
