Join the Matlets on their Walk to Remember

On** Sunday 24 March** the Martlets are holding a Walk to Remember. The remembrance event is a sponsored walk along Hove Seafront.

The walk is for all generations to walk together to remember loved ones and help to raise money for the Martlets Hospice. There are different lengths of walks - you can choose from a 3, 5 or 12 mile walk. All of these walks will start at Hove Lawn Café at 2:30pm.

There will be a memory wall at the event for you to post a photo of the loved one you are remembering or a dedication card. However, you don’t have to have any connection to the Martlets Hospice to join in the walk. All money raised from the walk will go towards patient care at the Martlets.

The event’s organizer, Antonia Shepherd said that “the Walk to Remember always has a wonderful atmosphere and it’s a great opportunity for families to come together to remember someone they have lost. We encourage everyone taking part in the walk to bring along a photo of a loved one or complete a dedication card to add to the Martlets memory wall at the start of the walk.”

For adults, the walk is £10 to register and for those under 16,** £5**. Alternatively, you can register for a family ticket that includes 2 adults and 2 children under 16, for £20.
