Hike for Hospices 18 - 19 August 2012

Hike For Hospices and Bike For Hospices are sponsored events that support and raise funds for Sussex Hospices including: the Martlets, St Peter & St James, St Barnabus and St Wilfrids. The walk is 43 miles of the South Downs Way between Lewes and Goodwood. The walk is divided into 6 smaller sections meaning you can choose the length of walk you do on either of the days. Depending on the length of walk you wish to do you can start at Lewes (town hall), Pyecombe or Devils Dyke. The walk from Lewes to Botolphs on Saturday is 27 miles but depending on where you start you can choose to do 9, 8 or 5 miles. –

Up to 500 people can take part in Hike for Hospices and all money raised is shared between the four hospices.
