Antonia is Running 3 Marathons for the Martlets

Antonia Shepherd, the events Manager in Fundraising at the Martlets Hospice is taking on THREE marathons in 2013.

Antonia is taking part in the Brighton Half Marathon, the Brighton Marathon and the London Marathon – which is a grand total of 65.5 miles, all in aid of the Martlets Hospice.

To raise funds towards her Marathon places, Antonia has created a “Bob a Job” programme by which she will be going to people’s houses and helping them complete their ironing, hoovering, polishing – any odd job that helps and can raise her a bit of cash.

The Martlets have a team of 40 runners taking part in the Brighton Half Marathon on Sunday 17 February and a team of 60 runners competing for them in the Brighton Marathon on Sunday 14 April. Please go and cheer them all on – musical instruments, t-shirts and banners will be provided.
