Alzheimer's Society looking for central Brighton Venue for Dementia cafe
The Woodingdean based Alzheimer's Society is looking for a central Brighton venue to hold a new Dementia Cafe. The Cafe is a lifeline for people caring for or living with Dementia.
The venue will need to be available two evenings a month for 3 hours between 5.30 and 8.30pm and have at least two separate rooms, one that seats at leasts 30 people and has tables and chairs. There needs to be access to a kitchen where we can make hot and cold drinks. It is important that the venue is accessible and that toilets are available on the same floor - disabled toilets would be a bonus but are not essential. Ideally we are looking for somewhere with nearby parking and within a short walk from a busy bus route!
If you have, or know of a venue that you think may be suitable please contact Suzanne Wray on 01273 726266 (select option 3 for General Enquiries) or e-mail Suzanne on Suzanne.Wray@alzheimers.org.uk
